1) Your Right to Cancel (EU/EEA)

If you purchase an item from Astrea Longevity online, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 daysfrom the day your order arrives at the pick-up point or is delivered to you.

2) How to Cancel

Email hello@astrea-longevity.com with the subject line “Right of Withdrawal.”
Include your order number, full name, and the items you wish to return.
You may also use the standard withdrawal form provided by your national consumer authority. Using the form is optional.

3) Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned:

• Unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

• Safely packed to prevent damage in transit.

For hygiene and safety reasons, consumables/accessories that are opened cannot be returned unless faulty.

4) Return Shipping & Responsibility

• The customer pays for return shipping (unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival).

• Returns cannot be sent as cash on delivery or “collect on delivery.”

• You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

5) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
We process refunds within 14 days after receiving the returned item (we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back).

6) Faulty or Damaged Items (Claims)

If your item is faulty or damaged, email us first at hello@astrea-longevity.com with photos and a description of the issue.
Please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
For approved claims, Astrea Longevity covers the return shipping and provides instructions for the return or replacement.

7) Changes to This Policy

Astrea Longevity may update or discontinue this policy with reasonable notice. Any changes are published on our website and do not affect returns already accepted under prior terms.
