The Friend

Astrea The Friend is exactly what the name suggests – a friend that supports you when you need it most. It’s compact enough to bring along on vacation, business trips, to the summer house, or even in your carry-on luggage.

Despite its small size, it delivers the same benefits as a larger lamp with its six effective wavelengths in the red and near-infrared spectrum – it just requires a little more time. Using the lamp for 25–30 minutes daily provides a consistent light dose, but it can also be used as needed, for example shining on a painful area for 5–10 minutes whenever relief is required.
