Astrea The Prodigy 1500

Astrea The Prodigy 1500 is the panel that the author of The Light Revolution, Fredrik Paulún, uses daily himself. It is perfectly balanced in size and power – large enough to provide an effective half-body treatment yet compact enough not to take up too much space at home. Floor stand included, making this a very cost-effective alternative compared to competing panels where the stand must be purchased separately.

It is powerful with its 1500W, making 15–20 minutes of daily use sufficient to achieve results, and it has six different wavelengths making it versatile and deep working. Fredrik recommends dividing the daily session as follows:

• 5 minutes on the back

• 5 minutes on the abdomen

• The remaining time (5-10 min) evenly distributed between the lower body and the head
